Pennsylvania-11-28-08-I was outside having a party for my Mom, and I was helping my cousin direct traffic. Then suddenly we saw an object come out of nowhere just floating, then flying in the air. It had two lights in the front, middle, and back. It was a very scary event because it made no noise and we had never seen an object like this before.
It looked hexagonal, but half of it was covered with this fog or smoke. It was flying over the tree line of my front lawn and then about five minutes later, it flew south towards the highway, and looked like a star blinking very brightly. It was very slow at first, but when it moved it went faster than anything I have ever seen with my eyes.
It looked like a bolt of lighting when it took off. My grandmother, cousins, and a friend saw it also. I tried to take a picture of it and when I put my cell phone up to the sky it was just stars and black. Pennsylvania-12-02-08-This is the second day of UFO sightings in this same area. I filed a report with MUFON for the first series of sightings. My fiance and I were traveling the same route that we do everyday-the route that we had during first series of UFO encounters, when we sighted two UFOs at the same intersection.
Someone in a UFO meeting group that I belong to researched our sightings, and said these objects couldn't be Venus or Jupiter. The objects appeared to be spherical and glowing very brightly. One of the objects moved in a circular motion: the other moved very slowly. Pennsylvania-12-03-08-I was headed to work at 5:55 AM, and as I approached the corner of 413 and 202 to make a right. I noticed a car that was headed south in my path driving very slowly and turn right to a stop at the corner of 202 and 413. The driver had the window turned down and had his head sticking out the window, looking up.
I followed his line of sight and discovered a craft about 3 to 4 inches in size hovering about 45 to 60 degrees above the treetops shaped like a crescent, but wider. It was changing colors from pink, green, blue, and yellow from end to end, and appeared to be "steaming," as if hot on this very cold morning.
With the traffic behind me, I proceeded to complete a right turn and headed away from the craft, and minutes later noted that it was to my left above the trees as I headed south on 202 about 3 miles to Doylestown.
I followed the road into State street, and as I was driving noticed that the craft was now smaller-about an inch in size, and hovering between the buildings with a clear view of State street.
I parked my vehicle as I always did next to the curb outside of the Bagel Barrel, stopped the car, and ran in to get Pat Murphy, the owner, Craig, and another assistant at the shop to look at the object. Pennsylvania-12-05-08-I was driving on Highway 413 towards 95 at around 8:15 AM. I was a passenger in the vehicle, and never took my attention away from this large, unknown flying object.
It was big, round, and off in the distance. It appeared to be shiny, metallic, and unmoving. When we drove around a bend behind some trees we lost sight of it for good. The skies were clear at the time. source: www.mufon.com

My name is James S. and I am a truck driver.
On the night of December 12, 2008 at approx. 7:17 pm, I was traveling south on hwy 95, Just on the edge of the town of La Paz, Az. The sky was mostly clear with some clouds. It was dark. All I could see was mountains and a lot of sky. I am constantly looking up to the heavens, I see lots of comets, star configurations, your normal things you would see at night.
I just happened to be looking up in the sky when all of a sudden, I saw a string of lights, sort of an angle, appear. These lights, approx. 8 to 10, all in a straight line, were extremely bright. I know aircraft lights when I see them. These most definitely were not aircraft lights, not this configuration. They were extremely high, could not tell you how high up, but high enough that if it in fact was aircraft lights, they would not have been that bright or that large at such a height.
I have seen this configuration once before on a science channel have no idea what that was. Never experienced it live before. I was completely awake and very lucid. I did have an experience of a sighting approx. 25 or so years ago, but never mentioned it to anyone. It kind of shook me up somewhat.
Once again I was in my truck on my way to do an air show in Jackson Ms. This was in the mid afternoon, approx 2 maybe 2:30 pm, hot summer afternoon, traffic was bumper to bumper, stopped. I was looking down the line of traffic, when all of a sudden, a bubble appeared. I thought a truck driver blew out of his window, a single bubble. It hovered by the cab of this tractor 2, 3 seconds then slowly proceeded to follow a line down the traffic at a slow pace. It moved at a controlled pace along the line of trucks and cars, not varying in speed till it approached my cab. I kept it in sight the whole distance. This bubble was approx 10 maybe 12 inches in diameter, completely clear. Inside this bubble was what appeared to me as some sort of a camera lens of some sort. It hovered by my window for about 2 to 3 seconds, then proceeded down the line of traffic then just disappeared. The next thing I remember was people blowing their horns at me. This bubble looked like one of these bubbles a kid would make with a 10" circle and some soapy water. When it traveled, it was wobbly like a bowl of jello. I think about this experience every once in awhile. And now after this, I don't know what to believe.

Florida-11-22-08-I woke up, and took my dog for a walk at 5:15 AM. About three to five minutes into the walk, I turned northwest and saw a very bright light. I stood there not believing what I was seeing for about 20-30 seconds. I then ran into the house to try and find a camera, my camera/video recorder broke last month.
After 15-20 seconds of not finding one, I ran back out the front door. As I walked out, the light was right over my house, and no plane could ever cover that many miles that quick. I stood there looking at it another 20 seconds when the light went out, and I ran into the house.
No plane or space station has lights that bright-it was an orange light that was so bright. Other people should have seen it. I still don't know if I'm alone in seeing it. This is the first time I have ever seen anything I can't explain. source: www.mufon.com
Missouri-11-22-08-I came out of work going to my vehicle and I looked up to the sky towards the east. There was a bright light between two stars that looked like a planet. Then it started moving slowly toward the east. I went back into work and got a couple of co-workers to come out and see it.
As we watched, it kept moving toward the east and picked up speed a little bit and then started fading into a dim orange light and faded away. One guy said it was a plane, but I told him there weren't any flashing lights on it like the rest of the planes going by, plus planes don't have lights that bright on the rear.
Now mind you, there was several planes going and they all have the same bright landing lights on the front and the flashing light on their wings. This object was much higher and moving away from us, not towards us, and no flashing lights. That's what we saw. source: www.mufon.com
Texas-11-20-08-I was traveling in a southeast direction by car from Gilmer, to Longview, Texas, at about 5:30 PM when about 2 miles outside of Gilmer I noticed out of the driver's side portion of the windshield, a bright green light. The light was falling in a straight line at a 45 degree angle or so and was visible for about 5 seconds.
The circumference was a shade of green like that of a traffic light from a distance of a quarter mile or less. It didn't blink or flicker, but was solid green from the moment it came into view through my windshield to the moment it disappeared into or behind a thick field of pine trees.
I'm not sure of the distance from me, but it seemed fairly close because of the way it went down behind the trees. I didn't see any smoke or hear any sounds. I was on the phone with my wife at the time and watched it long enough to say "What is that? There is a green light falling from the sky."
Great Britain-11-19-08-I was walking to my friend's house in Whitnash, England. Unfortunately I was on my own, and on the phone to a relative, when I saw the object. My friend thought I was seeing a UFO.
It was an orange, ball-shaped light gliding through the dark sky with an orange beam pointing towards the ground, so I hid in some bushes nearby as I was getting rather scared at this point but I was still watching the UFO's glide by.
Then all of a sudden it raised up and disappeared into thin air. Unfortunately I didn't have a camera or a video camera with me so I couldn't get any snaps of the unusual event, I have told people of my sighting, and they all think I am going crazy, but I believe until the day I die that it was not a conventional plane or anything else. It was a real UFO.

California-November, 2008-It seems like lately the UFOs are flying over Santa Ana. I was driving on the 5 South Freeway towards Tustin, there is an antenna that stands high with red lights by the 17th street exit. My boyfriend and I saw a bright light which we at first thought to be a falling star, but then realized that our eyes had seen something way more exciting. This bright object moved twice in a super fast speed and then disappeared, andit moved horizontally.
A few days later I saw this again but this time a little closer to LA when I was driving to a concert with friends.
Four days ago again, on 17th street going to pick up my boyfriend, I was coming from Euclid to the Santa Ana College, and I first saw a group of bright lights together, so I immediately recognized that they could not be planes because planes cannot travel next to each other like that and there was no "sound" like the ones helicopters or airplanes have. These were 3 flying objects that had bright lights in a shape of a triangle.

Delaware-11-08-08-I spotted 3 bright lights in the sky after exiting the Christiana Mall near Wilmington. At first I thought they were stars or airline traffic headed toward Philadelphia. I watched the objects for a few minutes. They did not move. They were hovering at different altitudes. The highest object was the farthest south, while the lowest object was farthest north.
I left the mall and continued toward Hockessin, DE. While headed north on Rt. 7, I noticed the 3 objects again. This time, the lowest object was moving toward the east, at a lower altitude. It appeared to be completely round (ball-like), but was surrounded by a light which pulsated as it moved. The light was unlike typical plane strobes or flashing lights. Oregon-1977-I was traveling south on I-5 at about 6:00 PM on a Sunday evening in the fall of 1977. It was still daylight, and I was on the northern outskirts of Salem, Oregon. At that time this area was farmers' fields and small forested areas. The traffic was light.
As I drove, a bright light appeared in the sky to the southeast at about 1000 ft high. It zipped straight down, then stood still at about 10 feet off of the ground to the left side of the northbound lanes.
As I came parallel to it in my south bound lane, it zipped in front of my car remaining at the ten foot height off the ground, and about 50 feet in front of my car. It was about 2 feet in size and remained there for about 5 seconds.
It then zipped off to the right and came up behind my car staying at the 10 foot height about 30 feet behind. Again, it stayed for about five seconds. Then it zipped south again about 50 feet in front of my car.

Disgruntled 8-year-old boy crashes teacher's car
BERLIN (Reuters) - An eight-year-old German schoolboy who wanted to complain to his mother about being sent out of class took his teacher's car and crashed it, police said.
The boy, banished from class for disrupting a lesson, pinched the 40-year-old teacher's car key when she was not looking and managed to start up her compact car, accelerating and putting the vehicle into first gear.
"The little fellow drove for about 25 m (yards) before crashing into a Volvo, also parked in the car park outside the school," a police spokesman in the eastern German city of Zwickau said on Thursday.
The boy later told police he had wanted to drive home to his mother to complain about the teacher sending him out of class.
Police estimated he caused 8,000 euros ($10,340) of damage.

UFO enthusiasts are pressing Barack Obama to release classified documents about sightings of alien spacecraft, encouraged by support from within the President-Elect's own White House team.
Desperate to see the US emulate the British Government and disclose reported "contact" with UFOs, the enthusiasts have written to Mr Obama to ask that his administration comes clean about the contents of America's "X-Files".
They believe they have good prospects of success after public statements of support from both John Podesta, who is running Mr Obama's White House transition team, and Bill Richardson, the Governor of New Mexico - a UFO sighting hotspot - who is expected to secure a cabinet post.
In the letter to Mr Obama, the Extraterrestrial Phenomenon Political Action Committee calls on the President-Elect to "end the six-decade truth embargo regarding an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race".
The group wants the incoming president to insist on a "full briefing from your military services and intelligence agencies regarding what they know" and to open congressional hearings "to take testimony from scores of government witnesses who have already come forward with extraordinary evidence and are prepared to testify under oath."
The campaigners, who resent their common portrayal as nuts and conspiracy theorists, have high hopes of success due to their inside track with Mr Obama.
When he was the White House chief of staff under Bill Clinton, Mr Podesta led a project to declassify 800 million pages of intelligence documents. In a press conference, still available to watch on the YouTube website, Mr Podesta said: "It is time for the government to declassify records that are more than 25 years old and to provide scientists with data that will assist in determining the real nature of this phenomenon."
Gov Richardson, a former presidential candidate and fellow UFO aficionado, has written a forward to a book on the so-called Roswell Incident in New Mexico, where campaigners believe an alien spacecraft crash landed near the town of Roswell in 1947 and that the corpses of humanoid aliens have been kept hidden under lock and key by the government.
He has called for full disclosure by the Pentagon of what really occurred and reiterated his belief that there had been a "cover-up" during a presidential debate last year.
The campaigners, who want the truth "out there", believe that the British Government's decision to declassify thousands of UFO sighting documents this year has made it untenable for the US to maintain its policy of non-disclosure.
Only last week a US Air Force pilot, Milton Torres, whose testimony was released from the British archives, appeared on US television explaining how he was ordered to shoot down a large UFO over the UK in 1957 and then silenced by military officials, who told him never to speak of the incident.
Stephen Bassett, Executive Director of the Extraterrestrial Phenomenon Political Action Committee, expects to have gathered 40,000 signatures via email and fax by Mr Obama's inauguration day on Jan 20 in support of his calls for openness.

UFO Spotted Above St. Edmundsbury Cathedral
POLICE were alerted after a UFO was spotted above St Edmundsbury Cathedral.The incident, which lasted just minutes, happened in Bury St Edmunds on Saturday night.
It is understood the man saw the grey UFO spinning in the air near the cathedral before disappearing behind the Bury landmark.
The report was today confirmed by a police spokeswoman who said: “We received a report at 10.43 pm on Saturday from a gentleman who said he'd seen a large object spinning in the sky for around 10 to 12 minutes, which looked like a UFO. This was the only report received."
A spokeswoman for the cathedral said they were not aware of a UFO sighting.
